1. Acceptable Use

By connecting to HotSpot WiFi, you agree to use this service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Access, download or share illegal content
• Engage in hacking, phishing or network attacks
• Share your session with other devices
• Resell internet access commercially

2. Data & Privacy

We collect your phone number and basic usage data for billing. We do not sell your data. All data is handled per Tanzanian data protection laws.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payments are via mobile money through Selcom. Plans are non-refundable once activated. Technical failures on our end will result in plan extension.

4. Service Availability

We target 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance may occur between 2:00–4:00 AM EAT.

5. Fair Use & Speed

Speeds may reduce during peak hours (6–10 PM). Unlimited plans have a 50 GB fair-use threshold before throttling.

6. Free Ad-Supported Access

Free 10-minute sessions are provided in exchange for watching advertisements. Abuse of the free session system (e.g. VPNs, MAC spoofing to bypass the 8-hour limit) will result in permanent blocking.
